1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Eligible Items: Most VWC products are eligible for return, except for final sale items (e.g., limited-edition pieces or items marked as non-returnable). Check the product page for specific details.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.
2. How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to return your purchase:

- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags. Include a note with your RA number and order details.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. - Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when completed.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style of the same product, subject to availability.
- Process: Follow the same return steps above, and specify your exchange request in your email. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Shipping: We’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). Otherwise, you’re responsible for shipping fees.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
